The YLW series thermo oil boiler is a horizontal three-return structure. The medium adopts the liquid phase circulation mode. It consists of two parts: the body and the grate. The on-site assembly is very convenient. According to the needs of different customers, it can be equipped with chain grate or reciprocating grate. The boiler has the characteristics of compact structure, small floor space, high degree of automation and short installation period.

Thermo oil boiler structural features
1. The heating surface is arranged reasonably and the area is sufficient, and the working temperature can be quickly reached during the operation of the thermo boiler.
2. According to the characteristics and shape of different biomass fuels, different grate are equipped, such as a grid-like fuel using a chain grate, and a wooden block fuel using a reciprocating grate.
3. The thermal oil heating system is equipped with a secondary air duct device, which improves the combustion efficiency of the fuel and makes the fuel burn more fully.
4. The radiant heating surface and the convection heating surface are respectively composed of a square coil and a serpentine tube, and the tube has the characteristics of high thermal expansion performance and low stress.
